Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our online booking page. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Arrival windows are estimates and can shift when an earlier job runs long.

Customer Responsibilities

• Back up important data before service whenever possible, and tell us if you need help doing so
• Confirm you are authorized to request service on the devices and accounts involved
• Provide accurate information about the problem, the equipment, and any passwords needed to complete the work
• Provide safe and reasonable access to equipment for on-site visits

Payments

Charges are discussed with you before work is performed or as the job is scoped. Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Parts, hardware, and third-party software or subscriptions are billed in addition to labor.

Third-Party Services

Our work often involves third-party hardware, software, internet providers, and online platforms, and this website links to third-party tools such as our booking scheduler and chat widget. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or performance.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, logos, and materials on this website belong to Acquire Computer Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Technology repair carries inherent risk: hardware can fail during service and data can become unrecoverable due to conditions that existed before we began work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquire Computer Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
